This was a random find but really great. Service and atmosphere are great and professional but still courteous and sensitive to your needs. Bar/pub feel but with restaurant twist. And while food could be typical bar food, most of the dishes we had were far from typical. Food had a high end canadian French twist to the bar food.. try the elk tartare. prices were great too.

We visited Restaurant Saint Sau Pub on a Sunday afternoon and had a delightful experience. We sampled the tasting beer flight, featuring four locally brewed options of our choice. Each beer was distinct and well-crafted, showcasing the region's brewing talent. To accompany our drinks, we enjoyed some amazing fried handmade pasta that was both delicious and unique. What stood out even more was the exceptional service. The kids' meals arrived promptly and were perfectly suited to their tastes, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for the whole family. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a great spot for both adults and children. I really loved it ! The breakfast was so delicious ! They even give for the each plates some special compliment from house ( one shot of strawberry fresh ) so nice and warm atmosphere! There are a lof of choice of drinks too , the food, the stuff and beautiful views from the window ..eat and enjoy!! .thank you guys for your service!!

We visited this restaurant for the first time recently and were very happy with the food, service, and ambiance. All our dishes were great, cooked perfectly and savory. Our server was a great help in picking dishes and offering suggestions. I highly recommend stopping in for a meal when in the area. We'll worth it.

The food here is absolutely outstanding! If you’re visiting Saint-Sauveur for the first time, this restaurant should be at the top of your list. The flavors are exceptional, the service is fast, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

Great way to unwind with a drink after hitting the slopes or having a nice dinner with friends/family. Food is more gourmet than your standard pub fare and I’d recommend the tapas options. Good quality beer selection as well and a nice low-key vibe in the afternoon, although gets a bit busier at night. They also have occasional live music as well.

We needed a place to sit with our dog in the rain and this patio was perfect. The service was superb. Food was fantastic. Lots and lots of variety from all corners of the world on the menu. Nice place. A tad bit on the higher price side but it is in the heart of old st sauveur.
